Hot Chillys

Apa only wears Hot Chillys.
In fact i exactly don’t know what is Hot Chillys.It may be a cloth to be warm in huge cloth.Can you elaborate it please? I have a little experience getting cold but i like to feel pretty cold.i will try it.
